بازبینی سه دهه پژوهش های آموزشی در ایران: یک تحلیل کتاب شناختی
از آنجا که زنان تقریبا نیمی از جمعیت هر کشور را تشکیل می دهند، آموزش عالی زنان یکی از مهمترین سرمایه گذاری هایی است که یک کشور می تواند انجام دهد. تحقیق حاضر گزارشی از وضعیت آموزش عالی زنان در کشورهای اسلامی است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که در دوسوم کشورهای اسلامی زنان در مقایسه با مردان از آموزش عالی کمتری برخوردارند اگرچه در مقایسه با گذشته، زنان بیشتری در رشته های علمی همچون رفاه و سلامت، علوم انسانی و علوم طبیعی تحصیل می کنند و حتی عدم برابری جنسیتی به نفع زنان در سطح آموزش عالی وجود دارد. اما کاهش چشمگیر زنان محقق تا سطح 30% در سطح جهان نشان میدهد که موانعی جدی وجود دارند که مانع از مشارکت زنان دررشته های علوم پایه و مهندسی می شوند. در سیر زمانی ارتقاء از دوره کارشناسی ارشد به دوره دکترا، تعداد زنان به میزان قابل توجهی کاهش می یابد که علت آن را می توان تلاش آنها برای صعود از پله های فرصت های شغلی دانست. برابری جنسیتی باید به عنوان یک اولویت در نظر گرفته شود، اگر جامعه جهانی مصمم به تحقق مجموعه اهداف توسعه است.

آموزش عالی زنان در کشورهای اسلامی و وضعیت رویکرد تعادل جنسیتی
از آنجا که زنان تقریبا نیمی از جمعیت هر کشور را تشکیل می دهند، آموزش عالی زنان یکی از مهمترین سرمایه گذاری هایی است که یک کشور می تواند در مردم و آینده آن کشور داشته باشد. تحقیق حاضر گزارشی از آموزش عالی زنان در کشورهای اسلامی است. نتایج نشان می دهد که در 3/2 از کشورهای اسلامی زنان در مقایسه با مردان کمتر در آموزش عالی شرکت دارند. اگر چه در مقایسه با گذشته، بیشتر زنان در رشته های تحصیلی مربوط به رفاه و سلامت، علوم انسانی و علوم طبیعی در مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی تحصیل می کنند و حتی عدم برابری جنسیتی به نفع زنان در سطح آموزش عالی وجود دارد، اما کاهش چشمگیر زنان محقق به 30% در سطح جهان نشان میدهد که موانعی جدی وجود دارند که مانع از مشارکت زنان دررشته های علوم پایه و مهندسی می شوند. در بازه زمانی ارتقا از سطح کارشناسی ارشد به دکترا، تعداد زنان به میزان قابل توجهی کاهش می یابد و این به خاطر تلاش آنها برای صعود از پله های نردبان شغلی است. برابری جنسیتی فراتر از یک پرسش در مورد عدالت یا برابری است. کشورها، شرکت ها و موسساتی که زمینه های مناسب برای رشد زنان را فراهم می کنند، ظرفیت نوآوری و رقابت را افزایش می دهند. نوآوری و تعامل دیدگاه ها و تخصص های مختلف موجب بهره مندی تلاش های علمی می شوند. برابری جنسیتی راه حل های جدیدی را یشرو قرار می دهد و محدوده پژوهش را گسترش می دهد. این امر باید به عنوان یک اولویت در نظر گرفته شود، اگر جامعه جهانی مصمم به دستیابی به مجموعه بعدی اهداف توسعه باشد.

هزینه های لوکس آموزش سایه: مطالعۀ تطبیقی دیدگاه های دانش آموزان، والدین و معلمان ایرانی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عوامل و نگرش های مؤثر بر مشارکت در کلاس های خصوصی تکمیلی بود. پژوهش با رویکرد تطبیقی و کمّی و با روش توصیفی پیمایشی انجام شد. شرکت کنندگان از سه گروه اصلی دانش آموزان دبیرستانی، معلمان و والدین دانش آموزان انتخاب شدند. درمجموع 900 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. براساس یافته های مطالعه، دروس زبان انگلیسی، ریاضی و علوم (فیزیک، شیمی و زیست شناسی) بیشترین استفاده را برای تدریس تکمیلی خصوصی داشتند. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد والدین با درآمد بالاتر احتمال بیشتری دارد فرزندان خود را به کلاس های تدریس خصوصی بفرستند. از دیدگاه معلمان و والدین ، اهداف اصلی شرکت در کلاس های تدریس خصوصی برای دانش آموزان، درک بهتر موضوعات و بهبود عملکرد آنها در امتحانات و آزمون های سراسری است. بیشتر معلمان و دانش آموزان به اثربخشی تدریس خصوصی اذعان داشتند. اگرچه والدین و معلمان متوجه شدند که ترکیبی از عوامل به تقاضای تدریس تکمیلی خصوصی دانش آموزان کمک می کند، اما رتبه بندی آنها با رتبه بندی دانش آموزان تفاوت معنی داری داشت. تدریس خصوصی تکمیلی، مانند کمک به دانش آموزان در انجام تکالیفشان، یکی از گزینه هایی است که والدین می توانند در هنگام ارزش گذاری و پاسخگویی به خواسته های فرزندانشان آن را برای پشتیبانی بیشتر و استفاده از منابع موجود در خانواده، در نظر بگیرند. اگرچه حوزه مدیریت مشارکت های مردمی و مدارس غیر انتفاغی وزارت آموزش و پرورش به عنوان متولی اصلی باید فعالیت های چنین مراکزی را تحت نظر داشته باشد، اما به نظر نمی رسد در عمل چندان موفق نبوده است.

مطالعۀ تطبیقی توانمندسازی کارکنان دانشگاه آزاداسلامی ایران و دانشگاه های کانادا
هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر بررسی مولفه های تـوانـمنـدسـازی کـارکنـان دانـشگاه های آزاد ایران و دانشگاه های کانادا بوده است. این پژوهش تطبیقی بوده و از نظر روش آمیخته(کیفی-کمی) می باشد. ابزار پیمایش در این تحقیق مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بوده است.برای جمع آوری اطلاعات، از مصاحبه با خبرگان که هیت علمی دانشگاه های آزاد ایران و دانشگاه های کانادا بوده اند و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد.جامعه آماری بخش کمی شامل کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد ایران و دانشگاه های کانادا بوده است. با توجه به بررسی پیشینه تحقیق و استفاده از روش دلفی مؤلفه های اصلی توانمندسازی کارکنان عبارتند از: مؤثر بودن، معنی داری، احساس شایستگی، پاداش و قدردانی متناسب، غنی سازی شغلی، احیای محیط کار، مشارکت و کار گروهی، ارتباطات مؤثر سازمانی، بهینه سازی فرآیندها و روش ها، حق انتخاب، دانش و تجارب شغلی، شفافیت در اهداف، فرآیندهای آموزشی و تعهد سازمانی می باشند. یافته ها نشان داد که برای دانشگاه آزاد ایران ترتیب شاخص ها عبارتند از: مؤثربودن که در رتبه اول جای گرفت و احیاء محیط کاری و سپس معنی داری در اولویت های بعدی قرار داشتند. این شاخص ها در کانادا به ترتیب عبارتند از: موثربودن،ارتباطات موثر سازمانی و احیای محیط کاری

مقایسۀ توانایی خواندن دانشجویان دختر و پسر رشتۀ مهندسی با استفاده از تمرین های ویژه سطح و خودارزیابی بر اساس CEFR و DIALANG
هدف از این پژوهش عبارت است از تعیین سطح مهارت خواندن دانشجویان دختر و پسرمهندسی بر اساس CEFR و مقایسه سطح مهارت خواندن آنها در شبکه خودارزیابی DIALANG و شبکه خودارزیابی CEFR با سطح آنها بر اساس عملکرد ایشان در نمونه تمرین های مهارت خواندن. این پژوهش با مطالعه بر روی 162 دانشجوی دختر و پسر که در مقطع کارشناسی در دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران مشغول به تحصیل بودند انجام پذیرفت. سپس از شبکه های خودارزیابی DIALANG و CEFR و چهار نمونه تمرین مهارت خواندن در چهار سطح A2، B1، B2 و C1 بر روی شرکت کنندگان در این پژوهش استفاده گردید. با در نظر گرفتن عملکرد فراگیران در نمونه تمرین های مهارت خواندن، نتایج نشان دادند که دانشجویان دخترمهندسی عملکرد بهتری نسبت به دانشجویان پسر داشته اند، البته لازم به ذکر است که تعداد قابل توجهی از فراگیران از هر دو گروه (حدود %40) زیر سطح B1 بوده اند. علاوه بر این، چون هر دو گروه از فراگیران توانایی خواندن خود را پایین تر از شبکه های DIALANG و CEFR ارزیابی کرده بودند، خودارزیابی آنها دقیقا مرتبط با عملکردشان در تمرین های مهارت خواندن نبوده است. با این وجود بالاترین تطابق مربوط به ارزیابی فراگیران دختر در شبکه DIALANG بوده است.

تحلیل گفتمانی نظام رتبه بندی بین المللی دانشگاهها : درس هایی برای برنامه درسی آموزش عالی ایران
نظام آموزش عالی و ابعاد گوناگون آن همواره در معرض تأثیرپذیری از گفتمان های بیرونی همچون " نظام رتبه بندی بین المللی دانشگاه" ها است. امروزه برنامه درسی به عنوان هسته اصلی و روایتگر ارزشها ، باورها و اولویتهای سیاست گزاران آموزش عالی در خط مقدم کنش عقلانی با پدیده رتبه بندی دانشگاه ها است . در واقع ، سیر تحول کمی و کیفی نظام آموزش عالی ایران در چهار دهه اخیر باعث ورود آن به مرحله جدیدی شده که گریزی از آن نیست ، چرا که گذر کم و بیش بطئی ولی پیوسته از نسل اول به نسل چهارم دانشگاه در ایران باعث شده است که اینک سیاست گزاران نظام آموزش عالی با این پرسش اساسی روبرو شوند که آیا میتوان رتبه بندیهای بینالمللی دانشگاه را همچون گفتمانی تحول گرا برای برنامه درسی مدنظر قرار داد. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیل گفتمان مبتنی بر بهره گیری از رویکرد فرکلاف درصدد تحلیل متون مرتبط و استخراج مضمون های مناسب با عنایت به سه مرحله توصیف ، تفسیر و تبیین است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که پدیده رتبه بندی بین المللی دانشگاه ها دارای ویژگی های یک گفتمان تحول خواه در نظام آموزش عالی است که همه ابعاد آن را تحت تاثیر خود قرار می دهد. مقاله پیشنهاد می دهد نظام برنامه درسی آموزش عالی ایران می تواند ازطریق ترکیب گفتمان سنتی و جدید، خود را برای رویاروئی بهتر با چالش های نسل چهارم دانشگاه هاآماده سازد.
