Along with steps toward membership in the Bologna Process in Iraqi Kurdistan, a pedagogical training program as a reform in teaching has been conducted in recent years. However, it is unclear to what extent this course has been successful in achieving its goals or whether it was welcomed by participating teachers in their teaching practice or ignored. This study triangulated the data collection tools through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results of questionnaires and observations were analyzed descriptively, and qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the interview results. Aiming at an evaluation of this course, 146 participating teachers in different cities of Iraqi Kurdistan were surveyed, interviewed, and observed, and eight teacher trainers were interviewed. The results revealed that all participants in this study supported the positive impact of the pedagogy course on teachers` professional development and teaching practice. Meanwhile, they complained about the limitations and drawbacks of the course. In this regard, some implications have been made for program designers, teacher trainers, and teachers. بررسی ارزیابی دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت در کردستان عراق بسیار مهم است زیرا چندین دوره پس از اجرا بدون ارزیابی نهایی باقی مانده اند. همزمان در سال‌های اخیر در کردستان عراق گام‌هایی برای عضویت در فرآیند بولونیا - که یک برنامه آموزش پداگوژیکی برای اصلاحات در تدریس می باشد، صورت پذیرفته است. با این حال، مشخص نیست که این دوره تا چه حد در دستیابی به اهداف خود موفق بوده یا مورد استقبال معلمان شرکت‌کننده در حین تدریس آنها قرار گرفته یا نادیده گرفته شده است. در این پژوهش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق  پرسشنامه، مصاحبه و مشاهده انجام شد. نتایج پرسشنامه‌ها و مشاهده به صورت توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل و از تحلیل محتوی کیفی برای تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج مصاحبه ها استفاده شد. با هدف ارزیابی این دوره،نظرات 146 معلم شرکت‌کننده در شهرهای مختلف کردستان عراق مورد بررسی و مشاهده قرار گرفتند و با هشت مدرس مصاحبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که همه شرکت‌کنندگان در این مطالعه از تأثیر مثبت دوره پداگوژیکی بر توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان و عمل تدریس حمایت کردند. در همین حال، آنها از محدودیت‌ها و معایب دوره شکایت داشتند. در این راستا، برخی از مفاهیم برای طراحان برنامه آموزش ضمن خدمت، مربیان معلم و معلمان مطرح شده است. https://journal.cesir.ir/article_211040_97b502b35cf0b675b6ef7cf0e08d89d0.pdf
