Iranian Journal of Comparative Education (IJCE) provides a valuable outlet for research and scholarship on comparative education-orientated themes and topics. It publishes manuscripts of empirical and/or the theoretical in Comparative Education. All empirical methods, including, but not limited to, qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods, are welcomed. To be published in IJCE, a manuscript must make strong empirical and/or theoretical contributions and highlight the significance of those contributions to the comparative education field. Therefore, preference is given to articles that test, extend, or build strong theoretical frameworks while empirically investigating the issues with high importance for comparative education theories and practices. IJCE is an Open Access journal; that is, users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles.

Due to the increasing progress of artificial intelligence and its entry into various fields, appeal to this field of science, especially in the production and improving the article, is of importance to the Iranian Journal of Comparative Education. Therefore, at the time of submitting their article to the Journal, the authors of the articles must clearly state the use or non-use of the artificial intelligence tools in the preparation of their article.
